Therefore it is requested that arrangements are made for doors or windows to be open to improve ventilation and any guests with flu/cold like symptoms are requested not to attend. A Security Bond, refundable on satisfactory inspection of hall, equipment and return of Access Fob, will be charged for hire. The bond will be set as follows: $500 For Weddings and Private Parties $250 For events that do not involve the sale of alcohol. Any costs to the Club for non-standard cleaning and/or repairs/replacement will be deducted from the security bond before the refund is given. LOFT. 44.2.1 A pilot will be given at least fourteen days notice of a LOFT exercise. LOFT is not part of a formal assessment.

LOFT. The purpose of the floor plan is to identify the approximate location of the Premises in the Building. No warranty, representation or covenant of any sort is made or shall be construed to have been made as a result of anything depicted on this floor plan.
