Locks; Keys. No additional locks will be placed upon any doors or mailboxes and no locks will be changed without Landlord’s prior written permission. You agree to supply the Landlord with any keys, upon demand within three (3) days. You agree to pay the cost of a locksmith and for new locks if you do not return all keys the day of vacating.
