Common use of Lockout and Strikes Clause in Contracts

Lockout and Strikes. In recognition of the importance of the operation of the 14 Hospital's facilities to the community, the Hospital and the Association agree that there 15 shall be no lockouts by the Hospital and no strikes or any other interruptions of work by 16 the employees or the Association during the term of this Agreement. 18 ARTICLE 17 – SENIORITY
