Common use of Lockboxes Clause in Contracts

Lockboxes. Upon request of the Agent at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of a Default or a L/C Default, the Grantors shall execute and deliver to the Agent the Agent's standard form irrevocable lockbox agreements.
