Location Selection. Canalport shall have the right to select the locations for the placement of the vending machines and shall do so in its sole direction, unless specifically and reasonably objected to in writing by Pop N Go.

During the second week of June of even numbered years, Fleet Management shall conduct a bid for each shop location within the Fleet Division for employees to bid their desired shop location for the next two fiscal years. Shop location bidding shall be done by classification seniority, with the highest in seniority making their shop location selection first. For the cargo type and cargo streams at each of the selected locations, the existing ship types that can be used for transport to and from the hub will be identified.
