Location of Data. In accordance with Rule 60GG-4.002, F.A.C., the Contractor, including its employees, subcontractor personnel, independent contractors, leased employees, volunteers, licensees, or other persons operating under their direction, are prohibited from (i) performing any of the services under any applicable ATC or PO outside of the continental United States, or (ii) sending, transmitting, storing, or accessing any State of Florida data, outside of the continental United States.
