Common use of Local Time Off Clause in Contracts

Local Time Off. (a) The Employer shall grant for two (2), Local Officers, the Union President and Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or designate, the release of one (1) full shift off with pay for each pay period without loss of credits for the purpose of conducting the internal affairs of the Local. (b) The Hospital agrees to retain either the bargaining unit President of Local 152 or the Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of the Bargaining Unit at work during any layoff or cutback in employment during their respective term of office.
