Local Time Off. The Employer agrees to provide paid time off for the Local President/Unit ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or designee for the purpose of conducting Union business related to the implementation and administration of the Collective Agreement. The Employer will pay up to four (4) hours per month. This time may not be carried over beyond the month in which it is allocated. For greater clarity, the purpose of this Presidential/Unit ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ leave is to conduct the affairs of the Local other than those that are covered elsewhere in this Collective Agreement.
