Common use of LOCAL TERMS Clause in Contracts

LOCAL TERMS. If the Service is being provided by a JCI affiliate outside of the United States, then the appliable local terms set forth at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (“Local Terms”) will apply to the provision of such Service. Applicable Local Terms are incorporated by reference in this Agreement.
