Local Office. The Operator shall maintain one (1) local office in the City which shall be open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with extended evening hours of at least ten (10) hours per week, and shall be fully staffed with customer service representatives offering the following services to customers who come to the office: ▇▇▇▇ payment, equipment exchange, processing of change of service requests, and response to customer inquiries and requests. More stringent hours and days of operation may be imposed by the City.
