Local Mileage. The Employer agrees to provide a means for Employees entitled to mileage and local travel reimbursement to submit, with appropriate frequency, form SF-1164 or successor document for expenses. Forms will be submitted in accordance with Government- wide rules or regulations and procedure QAD 1425 or successor documents.

Local Mileage. After an employee places himself or herself at his or her place of duty, the cost to the employee of any local travel required for official purposes during regular hours of work or on overtime shall be reimbursed by the Agency. In this regard, once an employee arrives at the place of duty, the employee will receive mileage reimbursement for authorized use of a privately-owned vehicle in subsequent travel to any temporary duty location. For purposes of this Article, “mileage” includes road and bridge tolls, ferry/fares, and parking fees, as well as the authorized mileage rate for the distance travelled.
Local Mileage. No mileage will be paid for commuting from an employee's personal residence to City Hall or a work station.

  • Mileage Any bargaining unit member required to use his/her vehicle on District business shall be reimbursed at the rate established by the District for all miles driven on behalf of the District. The mileage computation shall include mileage necessary to return to the employee’s normal job site after the completion of District business.   • Local Traffic Traffic that is originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party’s network and terminates to a Customer of the other Party on that other Party’s network within Verizon's then current local calling area (including non-optional local calling scope arrangements) as defined in Verizon’s effective Customer Tariffs. A non- optional local calling scope arrangement is an arrangement that provides Customers a local calling scope (Extended Area Service, “EAS”), beyond their basic exchange serving area. Local Traffic does not include optional local calling scope traffic (i.e., traffic that under an optional rate package chosen by the Customer terminates outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area). IntraLATA calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis are not considered Local Traffic. Local Traffic does not include any Internet Traffic.

  • Local Switching BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.6.

  • Instructors 7.1 All instructors teaching Xxxxxx College courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement must meet the minimum qualifications for instruction in a California community college as set forth in Title 5 California Code of Regulations, Sections 53410 and 58060 or as amended, and be hired by the CLPCCD.
