Local Loops. Verizon shall provide ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** with nondiscriminatory access to the local loop on an unbundled basis, in accordance with Section 251(c)(3) of the Act, sections 51.319(a)(1)) through 51.319(a)(9) of the FCC’s rules, and Applicable Law (including, but not limited to, 47 U.S.C. §271 and State Law).
