Unbundled Loop Types Sample Clauses
The "Unbundled Loop Types" clause defines the various types of telecommunications loops that a service provider must make available to competitors on an unbundled basis. This typically includes distinctions such as two-wire or four-wire loops, digital or analog loops, and may specify technical characteristics or service capabilities for each type. By categorizing and clarifying the different loop types, the clause ensures that competitors can request and obtain the specific network elements they need to provide their own services, thereby promoting fair competition and regulatory compliance.
