Common use of Local Content Clause in Contracts

Local Content. 6.2.1 The Seller undertakes to the Buyer that it will procure that the Committed Obligations in Annex 3 (Local Content Element Obligations) are complied with. 6.2.2 The Quarterly Obligations, in respect of Local Content, are contained in Annex 10 (Quarterly Obligations). The Seller shall procure that the Quarterly Obligations referred to in Annex 10 (Quarterly Obligations) with regard to Local Content, are attained or exceeded by it in the relevant periods.
