LOCAL COMMITMENT. Upon receiving an updated estimate from MaineDOT, the Municipality shall provide MaineDOT’s Project Manager with one of the following: A statement acknowledging the estimate and affirming its commitment to the Project; or A request to withdraw the Project and reimburse MaineDOT for all costs incurred.
