Common use of Loan Sharing Clause in Contracts

Loan Sharing. ❖ The co-lending banks will take their share of the individual loans on a back-to-back basis in their books. ❖ CGHFL shall retain a minimum of 20 per cent share of the individual loans on its books; the percentage of retention by CGHFL shall be captured in Master Agreement to be signed between CGHFL and Banks.
