Loan Asset Register. (i) The Servicer shall maintain, or cause to be maintained, with respect to each Noteless Loan Asset a register (which may be in physical or electronic form and readily identifiable as the loan asset register) (each, a “Loan Asset Register”) in which it will record, or cause to be recorded, (w) the original principal amount of such Noteless Loan Asset, (x) the current principal amount of such Noteless Loan Asset, (y) the date of origination of such Noteless Loan Asset, and (z) the maturity date of such Noteless Loan Asset.
