Loan Agreement and Related Obligations. The Lessee shall pay, as Supplemental Rent, when due, all costs, expenses and other amounts (other than principal and Interest on the Loans which are payable to the extent otherwise required by the Operative Documents) required to be paid by the Lessor under the Loan Agreement and any Security Instrument.
