Common use of Loads Clause in Contracts

Loads. Renter agrees to pay Four Seasons RV Rentals for any and all damage and/or mechanical repairs resulting from the vehicle being overloaded or improperly loaded, or resulting from an insecure load, except to the extent arising out of negligence or willful misconduct of Fraserway RV LP, or a latent defect in the vehicle.
