Loading Fees. A loading fee of 0.6 cents per gallon will be charged by ▇▇▇▇▇ to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ on all Products taken over the Tulsa Rack, subject to adjustment as provided in Section 3.7 of the Agreement. If Products are delivered by rail, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith to agree on a loading fee for such Products.
