Loading Bridges. Annual Equipment Rent for each aircraft loading bridge shall be the average of the capital costs, including Debt Service Coverage and Port incurred O&M Expenses for all such aircraft loading bridges. Rent for loading bridges is subject to adjustment as provided in Section 20.3.
