Loading and Weight. The contents of a container must be at or below the height of the container. This is necessary to ensure that the Sanitation Service driver can safely cover and secure the load and prevent spillage during the loading process of the container. Customer shall not overload the container and understands that the maximum legal weight limit for each container is ten (10) tons. If overloaded, Customer shall be responsible for unloading container to legal weight. Customer acknowledges being informed that filling a container approximately one-third (1/3) full (approximately ten (10) cubic yards) with heavy material such as shingles, dirt, concrete, brick, gravel, etc., will reach the weight limit of the container. All fees, fines and/or citations paid by the City of Yukon due to over-weight filling of a container will be charged back to the Customer.

If over the maximum legal weight limit, Customer shall be responsible for unloading the container to legal weight. Customer acknowledges being informed that filling a container approximately one-third (1/3) full (approximately ten (10) cubic yards) with heavy material such as shingles, dirt, concrete, brick, gravel, etc., will reach the weight limit of the container. All fees, fines, and/or citations paid by the City of Yukon due to a container being burdened beyond the legal weight limit shall be charged back to the Customer, and Customer agrees to pay said fees, fines, and/or citations.

  • PACKING AND SHIPMENT (a) Unless otherwise specified, all Work is to be packed in accordance with good commercial practice.

  • Packaging and Shipment All articles are to be packed in accordance with sound commercial practices to obtain the lowest transportation rates unless otherwise specified in the NETAPP purchase order and comply with requirements of common carriers. Shipments will be valued so as to obtain the lowest transportation rate and must be made by NETAPP's choice of common carrier if specified in the purchase order. Transportation insurance for loss or damage will not be purchased by NETAPP unless specifically directed. Excess transportation costs resulting from failure to comply with the provisions of this paragraph will be debited to Seller's account.   • METERING AND BILLING Metering requirements and billing procedures shall be set forth in the AEC rate schedule(s) applicable to the electric service account assigned to the location where the Generating Facility is connected.

  • Felling and Bucking Felling shall be done to minimize breakage of Included Timber and dam- age to residual timber. Unless agreed otherwise, felling shall be done by saws or shears. Stumps shall not exceed, on the side adjacent to the highest ground, the maximum heights set forth in A6, except that occasional stumps of greater heights are acceptable when Purchaser determines that they are necessary for safe and efficient conduct of logging. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris. The xxxxx heights shown in A6 were selected with the objective of maximum reasonable utilization of the timber, unless Sale Area Map shows special areas where xxxxx heights are lower for aesthetic, land treatment, or silvicultural rea- sons.
