LOADING AND UNLOADING OF GOODS. 18.1 All loading, delivery and unloading of goods, merchandise, supplies and fixtures to and from the Leased Premises shall be done only at such times, in such areas and through such entrances as may be designated for the purpose by the Lessor and shall be subject to such rules and regulations as in the discretion of the Lessor are necessary for the proper administration of the Leased Premises and the Surrounding Property. 18.2 The Lessee shall ensure that its vehicles do not obstruct the free flow of traffic, the entrances or exits of any driveway or the pedestrian entrances to the Leased Premises and the Surrounding Property. 18.3 The Lessee shall not: 18.3.1 cause or permit its vehicles to be parked in the parking areas or the driveways on the Surrounding Property designated by the Lessor as customers' parking areas and driveways; and 18.3.2 place or permit any obstruction to be placed in or on the parking areas or driveways on the Surrounding Property designated by the Lessor as customer’s parking areas or driveways.
