LOADING AND UNLOADING OF GOODS Clause Samples

The 'Loading and Unloading of Goods' clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for transferring goods onto and off of transport vehicles. It typically specifies which party—the buyer, seller, or carrier—is responsible for physically handling the goods during these processes, and may outline requirements for equipment, safety measures, or timing. This clause ensures clarity in operational duties, helps prevent disputes over damage or delays, and allocates risk and costs associated with the loading and unloading activities.
