LOAD MANAGEMENT. Load management switching equipment and any other demand side management of individual EMCs will not be an OPC Resource, but will remain the property of such EMCs which may use, or direct OPC on such EMC's behalf to coordinate the use of such load management switching equipment or other demand side management as it shall determine from time to time.
