Common use of LNG ACCESS CODE Clause in Contracts

LNG ACCESS CODE. Any LNG Service provided by Terminal Operator to Shipper under this LSA shall also be governed by the procedures, rules and regulations contained in the LNG Access Code (the “AC”) as approved by the XXXX. By signing this LSA, each of the Terminal Operator and Xxxxxxx acknowledges to be bound by and have taken knowledge of all provisions set out in the LNG Access Code.
