LNG ACCESS CODE Sample Clauses
The LNG Access Code is a regulatory framework that governs how parties can access liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities, such as terminals and pipelines. It typically outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for third-party access, including application processes, capacity allocation, and usage fees. For example, it may specify how new entrants can request access to import or export LNG through a shared terminal. The core function of the LNG Access Code is to ensure transparent, non-discriminatory access to LNG infrastructure, promoting competition and efficient use of resources.
