LLC Units; Percentage Interests. The LLC Units and Percentage Interests of the Enterprises are set forth on Schedule 3.2 hereto. Schedule 3.2 shall be amended by the Board, as necessary, upon the admission of Additional Members in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and to reflect changes in the number of LLC Units issued to, or the Percentage Interests of, any Member.
