Common use of Litter Control Clause in Contracts

Litter Control. From and after the Commencement Date, the Company will provide a Litter Control Program for collection of litter on a daily basis on the public right-of-way on of US Highway 183 for a distance of two miles in both directions from the entrance road to the Facility, on the public right-of-way of Lytton Springs Road, on the public right of way FM1185 from its intersection with US Highway 183 to its intersection with Homannville Trail, and on the public right-of-way of Homannville Trail adjacent to the boundary of the Facility Site.
