Common use of Lists of Holders of the Notes Clause in Contracts

Lists of Holders of the Notes. The Registrar shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Holders of the Notes. If the Paying Agent is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Paying Agent at least three Business Days before each Payment Date and at such other times as the Paying Agent may request in writing a list in such form and as of such date as the Paying Agent may reasonably require of the names and addresses of Holders of the Notes as of the record date, including the aggregate principal amount of the Notes held by each thereof.
