If the Debentures are to be distributed to the holders of the Preferred Securities as described in Section 2.4(a), the Issuer will, if the Debentures are not already so listed, use its best efforts to list such Subordinated Debentures on the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. or on such other exchange or other organization as the Preferred Securities are then listed.
