List Updates. If any Graduate Workers are hired after the initial list in Sections 2.3 (a-i) is sent to the Union, the University will provide the Union with the unblocked directory information listed in Sections 2.3 (a-i) for the newly hired Graduate Workers within two (2) days of the start of each semester. If any Graduate Workers initially reported are later excluded from the bargaining unit due to a change in appointment, the University shall notify the Union as soon as possible.
