The List Updates clause defines the process and conditions under which a list referenced in the agreement—such as a list of products, services, or authorized users—can be modified during the contract term. Typically, this clause outlines who has the authority to make changes, the required notice period, and any limitations or approval processes for updating the list. Its core practical function is to provide a clear and agreed-upon mechanism for keeping important lists current, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring both parties are aware of and consent to any changes.

If any Student Employees are hired after this initial list is sent to the Union, the University will provide the Union with the information listed in Article II, Section C2 for the newly hired Student Employees within two weeks of the end of the “shopping period” each semester and the information listed in Article II, Section C3 for any newly hired Student Employee who has given the University a properly executed FERPA release/waiver. If any Student Employees initially reported are later excluded from the bargaining unit due to a change in appointment, the University will notify the Union as soon as possible.
b. Two weeks after the end of the shopping period each semester, the University will provide a list to the Union detailing the course in which any Student Employee who has given the University a properly executed FERPA release/waiver is employed, to include the following information where applicable:
i. the name, prefix and number of the course and name of supervisor;
ii. the title of the Student Employee.
