Common use of List of Software Licenses Clause in Contracts

List of Software Licenses. A list of all Software Licenses that are not transferable without the consent of the licensors under said Software Licenses. Said list is attached hereto as Schedule VI. Upon request of the City, Funding Recipient shall provide a true and complete copy of all such Software Licenses to the City.
