List of Computer Programs. Set forth in Exhibit 3.21(a) of the Disclosure Schedule is a list and brief description of the Computer Programs (other than generally available commercial off-the-shelf Computer Programs used internally by the Company in accordance with the applicable license agreement) which are in whole or in part owned, licensed, distributed, copied, modified, displayed, sublicensed or otherwise used by the Company in connection with the operation of its business as now conducted or as now proposed to be conducted in its written business documents (such Computer Programs being referred to herein as the “Company Software”), identifying with respect to each such Computer Program whether it is owned or licensed by the Company.
