Common use of List of Computer Programs Clause in Contracts

List of Computer Programs. Set forth in Schedule III is a list and brief description of the Computer Programs (other than Off-The-Shelf Software) which are in whole or in part owned, licensed, distributed, copied, modified, displayed, sublicensed or otherwise used by the Company in connection with the operation of its business as now conducted or proposed in the Management Presentation to be conducted (such Computer Programs being referred to herein as the “Company Software”), identifying with respect to each such Computer Program whether it is owned or licensed by the Company.
