List Expiration Sample Clauses
The List Expiration clause defines the specific date or conditions under which a listing agreement between a seller and a broker will automatically end. Typically, this clause sets a fixed expiration date for the agreement, after which the broker is no longer authorized to market or sell the property unless the agreement is renewed. By establishing a clear endpoint, the clause ensures that both parties understand the duration of their obligations and prevents indefinite commitments, thereby providing certainty and allowing the seller to seek other representation if desired.
