Liquor Law Liability Insurance. In the event the Licensee or any sublicensee or contractor shall serve alcohol on the Permitted Premises, the Licensee shall carry or cause to be carried liquor law liability insurance in an amount not less than Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) per occurrence, and name the City as additional insured. Such insurance shall be effective prior to the commencement of any such service of alcohol and continue throughout such operations.
