Liquidity Ratio. Borrowers’ unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents at Bank plus the net balance sheet billed Accounts divided by Borrowers’ Indebtedness to Bank of not less than 2.25: 1.00.

Liquidity Ratio. Borrowers’ unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents at Bank plus the net balance sheet billed Accounts divided by Borrowers’ Indebtedness to Bank of not less than 2.25: 1.30 to 1.00.

Liquidity Ratio. Borrowers’ unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents at Bank plus the net balance sheet billed Accounts divided by Borrowers’ Indebtedness to Bank of not less than 2.252.00: 1.00.
