Liquidation Estate definition

Liquidation Estate means the assets of CD vesting under the control of the Liquidator, and over which the Liquidator has rights to deal with the same in accordance with the provisions of IBC, Liquidation Process Regulations and applicable laws.
Liquidation Estate means, an estate of the assets in relation to the corporate debtor formed by the liquidator under Section 36(3) of the IBC;
Liquidation Estate means the Liquidation Estate established by the Liquidator pursuant to the provisions of Section 36 of the Code and as provided in Clause 7 read with Clause 8 of this Memorandum;

Examples of Liquidation Estate in a sentence

  • Any asset lying at any premises/property of the company and not part of Liquidation Estate shall not be covered in any Block under this document and will not be available for sale/transfer.

Liquidation Estate means all types of property assets (property and property ownership rights) of a bank, which it owns as of the day when the liquidation procedure has been initiated, as well as those discovered during the liquidation process.

Related to Liquidation Estate

  • Liquidation Trust means the trust created pursuant to the Liquidation Trust Agreement on the Effective Date in accordance with the Plan, the Confirmation Order and the Liquidation Trust Agreement.

  • Liquidation Event With respect to any Mortgage Loan, any of the following events: (i) such Mortgage Loan is paid in full; (ii) a Final Recovery Determination is made as to such Mortgage Loan; or (iii) such Mortgage Loan is removed from REMIC I by reason of its being purchased, sold or replaced pursuant to or as contemplated by Section 2.03, Section 3.16(a) or Section 9.01.   • Net Liquidation Proceeds With respect to any Liquidated Mortgage Loan or any other disposition of related Mortgaged Property (including REO Property) the related Liquidation Proceeds net of Advances, Servicing Advances, Servicing Fees and any other accrued and unpaid servicing fees received and retained in connection with the liquidation of such Mortgage Loan or Mortgaged Property.

  • Liquidation Fee The fee designated as such in, and payable to the Special Servicer in connection with certain events in respect of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or an Administered REO Property pursuant to, Section 3.11(c).

  • Liquidating Trust Assets means the assets of a Debtor or Debtor-Controlled Entity to be transferred to a Liquidating Trust as may be determined by the Plan Administrator, which shall be described in a Liquidating Trust Agreement.
