Liquid Nitrogen Sample Clauses

The Liquid Nitrogen clause defines the terms and conditions under which liquid nitrogen is to be supplied, handled, or used within the scope of the agreement. It typically outlines safety requirements, storage protocols, and responsibilities for both parties regarding the procurement and management of liquid nitrogen. For example, it may specify who is responsible for providing safety equipment or training for personnel handling the substance. Liquid Nitrogen. The Contractor shall initially provide and maintain a ten (10) liter cylinder on wheels with removable cap containing liquid nitrogen for use in Dermatology Clinic.
Liquid Nitrogen. Seller shall fill with liquid nitrogen the shielding reservoirs in Buyer's Units as required at Seller's Facility.
