Linkages. The Grantee shall provide for linkages and coordination of Title V and Title XIX- Medical Assistance (MA) services, and Title XXI-Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) services. 1. The Grantee shall provide services, either directly or through subgrantees, to identify pregnant women, infants, and children who are eligible for the MA/CHIP programs, and once identified, take action to assist the mothers and infants in applying for MA/CHIP.
