Line Services Clause Samples
The "Line Services" clause defines the specific support and operational services provided to aircraft while they are on the ground at an airport or facility. These services typically include fueling, towing, parking, cleaning, and other ground handling tasks necessary for the safe and efficient turnaround of aircraft. By clearly outlining the scope and responsibilities for these services, the clause ensures that both parties understand what is included, reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring smooth ground operations.
