Common use of Line Items Clause in Contracts

Line Items. allows Developer to move money within the various line items in the columns labeled “TIF” or “CID” on Project Budget attached as Exhibit E without approval from the City as long as (i) such increases are not more than 15% in any one line item, and (ii) they give written notice of these changes to the City Manager's office. However, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ understands and agrees that it may not make changes in any of the TIF or CID categories that have a $0.00 balance or in the category labeled “Land Cost” on Exhibit E.
