Line Items. allows Developer to move money within the various line items in the columns labeled “TIF” or “CID” on Project Budget attached as Exhibit E without approval from the City as long as (i) such increases are not more than 15% in any one line item, and (ii) they give written notice of these changes to the City Manager's office.
