Common use of Line Extensions Clause in Contracts

Line Extensions. NeoGenesis and Immusol may each prepare and submit to the Steering Committee for consideration plans for Development of Shared Product line extensions and the conduct of clinical trials covering indications other than those for which Shared Products are then being Developed or Commercialized in the Territory. Any such line extensions or any additional clinical trials for additional indications will be subject to the approval and supervision of the Steering Committee as part of the ongoing Development of such Shared Product.
