Common use of Limits Clause in Contracts

Limits. The limits of liability set out in this Article 18 may be increased or decreased by mutual consent of the parties, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld by either party, in the event of any factors or occurrences, including substantial increases in the level of jury verdicts or judgments or the passage of state, federal or other governmental compensation plans, or laws which would materially increase or decrease Licensee’s exposure to risk.
