Limits on Using Your Card and How Overdrafts Can Occur. You agree to use the Card for an Item only if the Available Balance in your Account (together with your unused reserve amount or credit line associated with the Account, if applicable) is sufficient to pay for it. If you have asked the Bank to extend your Overdraft Courtesy to pay everyday debit Card transactions that result in an Overdraft and a Card transaction results in an Overdraft, you will be responsible for any related fees and must bring your Account to a positive balance immediately.
