Limited-Use Vendor (LUV) CARF Pending. A LUV that makes commitment to achieving CARF accreditation, but does not engage in a site survey within 3 years, or engages in a site survey but does not receive accreditation, shall be prohibited from vending services to the State for a period of 3 years or until the services become accredited by CARF.
