Common use of Limited Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Limited Enforcement. This Agreement will be enforceable only by the parties to this Agreement, and their successors in interest by virtue of an assignment which is not prohibited under the terms of this Agreement. No other person will have the right to enforce any of the provisions contained herein, including without limitation, any patient of HCP or a Payor; and this Agreement shall not be used by any such person or entity to impose any obligation, duty or standard of care or practice different from or in addition to whatever obligations, duties and standards may exist separate and apart from this Agreement.
