Common use of Limited Applicability Clause in Contracts

Limited Applicability. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the provisions contained in Sections 10.4, 10.5, 10.6 and 10.7, inclusive, above are applicable only with respect to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Genlyte, and are not exercisable by any subsequent Transferee who is not a wholly-owned subsidiary of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Genlyte, as the case may be.
